Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates 

We offer $6.99 flat rate shipping to the united states, excluding oversized items such as skis, ski poles, jogging strollers, inflatable SUPS, etc., and free shipping on small items such as stickers, patches, etc, or on orders over $99 (excluding oversized items).  Standard shipping is available to Alaska and Hawaii for flat rate of $30 and not eligible for free shipping.

Expedited Shipping - We offer expedited shipping for $35.00. Expedited orders are shipped via UPS or USPS with delivery estimates between 2 and 3 business days.  Delivery speed is not guaranteed as many factors effect speed, many of which are out of our hands.  Expedited shipping is not available to Alaska or Hawaii.

Oversized Shipping - Large items such as skis, ski poles, jogging strollers, inflatable SUPS, snowshoes, etc. will incur an oversized shipping fee of $34.99 and are not available for free or expedited shipping. Oversized shipping is not available to Alaska or Hawaii.

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders within 3 miles of our Marquette and Houghton stores. For orders over $600, we offer free delivery within 10 miles of our Houghton and Marquette locations with delivery beyond 10 miles available for $200.

Delivery is not available at the Munising store.

Delivery will be scheduled with the customer and is not available on all days.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping at this time. 

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
